EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN | CEO
Dr. Innocent Ezuma – holds a PHD degree in Management, a MBA in Economic Science, BA in Banking & Finance from the Donetsk University, Ukraine. He possesses a proven executive management track record and 25 years’ experience in Business Development and Strategic Management in Energy, Mining, Agriculture, Manufacturing and Steel industrial sectors. Upon completion of his education in the Donetsk, he developed and managed many successful business enterprises in Ukraine. He returned to Nigeria in the year 2005 with a mission to harness the abundant human and natural resources inherent in the country for the improved standard of living of its people. Since his return, he has championed activities in the solid minerals and extractive industry sector, most notably reviving the Coal mining industry. Dr. Innocent Ezuma believes so much in Nigeria and he devotes all his time and resources to add value to the economic growth of the country. He is the Lord Mayor of Arondizogu Ancient Kingdom..
Alex Nwoko

Alex Nwoko graduated with distinction in Mechanical Engineering B.E (Mechanical) from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli, Shivaji University, Kolhapur – (M.S) India in 1980. He has over 40 years of relevant experience in Automobile, Engineering and construction engineering sectors, working at different senior positions in India, Europe and African Automobile / Engineering / Construction Industries. He has worked in different Groups and Companies including Ashok Leyland, JV of Mercedes Benz and Force Motors – India, Duple Metsec Bus & Coach – U.K, Incar Nigeria PLC, VON Automobile Nig. Ltd. Stallion Nissan Motors Nigeria LTD. & Hyundai Motors Nig. LTD. & Dangote Sinotruk West Africa td. – Nigeria. Prakash posses vast experience in handling technical, operational and commercial functions of Automobile manufacturing plant as well as setting up different assembly lines and engineering work shops from initial stage to production stage in order to set productivity and QA norms for different types of LCV & HDCV. He also worked in the construction industry to handle equipment like RMC plant, concrete pavers, Transit mixers & stone/coal crusher etc. He is also skilled in technical & commercial problem solving at shop floor, man management, team building and leadership, inventory control & material management, cost optimization, QA & productivity enhancement activity and coordinating functions of marketing and after sale services. He is an innovative and exceptionally creative engineer, who can foster ideas that propel the organization towards a result-oriented approach. He is a proactive, open minded and honest performer who gets stimulated by fresh challenges and diversity of job profile.

He holds an HND in Finance and Banking (Distinction), an MBA in Business Administration, and a Masterclass Certificate in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified System Accountants (ACCSA), USA, and an Associate Member of ICAN, ICEN, and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). Throughout his career, Kingsley has led initiatives focused on strengthening internal controls, enhancing governance structures, improving financial reporting systems, driving regulatory compliance, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. He combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic leadership and leverages technology, data analytics, and business intelligence tools to support operational excellence and informed decision-making.
